We ate some cereal for breakfast before driving to Gettysburg where we watched the intro video and viewed the cyclorama depiction of the battle. We took the self-guided driving tour where we made numerous stops to view all the monuments and information panels. At some of the stops there were lookout towers, one of which had 121 steps to it. Before knowing this, we challenged each other to a race to the top. We both started as the hare, but by the 3rd flight we were two tortoises the rest of the way up. The views were well worth it, though.
After finishing the driving tour, we set our sights on something sweet – Hershey, PA. We didn’t have time to visit the Hershey Factory so we stayed at the Hershey KOA nearby. We had hotdogs for dinner and s’mores for dessert – still wasn’t old yet. We set up our tent and put our new air mattress in it – now we were living the plush life! That night was probably some of the best sleep we got camping thus far on our adventure.
End Day 25.

Looking forward to hearing about this, and these great pictures, first hand.
Two tortoises struggling to climb up the stairs — that paints a hilarious picture!
